Coppa from Parma is made from carefully selected pork to guarantee its quality. The area of production includes the Po Valley in the province of Parma in Emilia Romagna. After selection, there is a period of salting in which the coppa acquires all its flavour. It is then packed in natural bovine gut and tied with hemp string. Maturation lasts about 60 days. Coppa has a sweet, delicate flavour and such a delicious scent that it makes you want to eat it.
Remove the string before cutting it and clean the surface of mould (a sign that the product is healthy),remove the skin and slice at the time it will be used. Once open, keep in the frideg.
HOW TO USE IT: it’s excellent on its own, with other cold meats or with the gnocco fritto.
INGREDIENTS: Italian pork, salt, spices, natural flavourings, dextrose and sucrose. Preservatives: E 250 and E 252, antioxidant E 300. No GMOs (CEEregulations Nos. 1829/03and 1830/03). Without allergens (Directive 2003/89 CEE of 10/11/2003). DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN AND LACTOSE
