Gorgonzola is a blue cheese, which is a processing technique that allows the formation of mold in cheese. The moulds appear greenish-blue.
It 'a soft cream cheese, sweet with a slightly spicy aftertaste.

 

HOW TO USE: Is delicious to spread on slices of bread, but can be used for many other recipes such as pasta with 4 cheeses, with the risotto, polenta or warm.
