Oil from the Ponente is produced in Liguria, where the growth and ripening of the olives used for this oil is favoured by the Mediterranean climate featuring sea air and Alpine air which give the right setting. The oil is cold pressed and filtered andhas a fragrant, fruity flavour. It is pale yellow in colour and is ideal for use with all types of dishes.
HOW TO USE: Excellent for seasoning cooked and raw vegetables, fish and meat. Keep in a cool, dark place.
